Job Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of reception for meeting and greeting customers and visitors, arranging travel and hotels if necessary;
2. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member;
3. Providing a strong support to the R&D staff with travel logistics, being a good bridge with relevant agencies on visa application process, flight booking, hotel arrangement and transportation, etc;
4. Providing document services, such as EMS, fax etc., organizing incoming mails.
5. Responsible for stationery / labor protection stuff requirement consolidation, sourcing, purchasing and distribution;
6. Responsible for maintaining office environment, such as furniture, desktop, printer, copycat, and being a good bridge with the landlord on Rent, Utility, cleaning, security etc;
7. Responsible for company shuttle bus daily management and coordination as well as monthly rental payment;
8. Organize teambuilding activities and control expenses;
9. Consolidate employees’ attendance data to be the monthly report;
10. Other temporary works assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Good English reading, writing and speaking skills is required.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft office and database maintenance.
3. Professional verbal and written communication skills
4. Be honest, careful, patient and well-organized
5. Teamwork player, Can-do attitude
6. Personality with high sense of responsibility, consideration and empathy preferred.
